Terms & Conditions
No Smoking, No unregistered guests Guests are required to verify identity and remit a security deposit. This covers any property damage that occurred during your stay. You choose between two options: Security Deposit - Cover a $250 credit card hold that is REFUNDABLE if the property was not damaged in any way. Please note that the refund may take up to 14 days depending on your credit card company. Damage Waiver - Pay a smaller one-time $74 NON-REFUNDABLE fee that can help us cover small damages and wear and tear.
