- Resort quiet hours 10pm - 9am. North Myrtle Beach Police 843-280-5511. Blue Water Keyes Property Management 843-449-6625. Emergency dial 911. WARNING SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK - NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY! Swimming Pool and Lazy river have posted rules that must be obeyed. Guests 12 and older must wear a wrist band, all guest 12 and under must be accompanied by a wristband wearing adult. All persons under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Pool hours unless otherwise posted are 9am-10pm. Incontinent persons must wear a swim diaper. Inner tubes are available for the lazy river, but must stay in that area. Proper attire is to be worn in all common areas to include but not limited to lobby, hallways, balconies, elevators, pool deck and all bodies of water. Nudity or indecent exposure of any kind is prohibited. No thongs or G-strings. No cutoff shorts may be worn in the pool or lazy river. City of North Myrtle Beach Ordinance Sec 16-24 is applicable. Any one in violation will be asked to leave common area. Guest must display parking pass when using the parking garage. No motorcycles are allowed on the property/ Children under 18 are not allowed in the unit without a parent. Children under 10 must not be allowed to be in the parking lot or elevator alone. Children under 16 are not allowed in the exercise area. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and including but not limited to all common areas and balconies. Pets are prohibited on the premises. Please don't leave personal items in the hallway. Luggage carts are provided for convenience and should be returned to the lobby immediately after use. Pool furniture may not be reserved and is not to leave the pool area. No firearms, explosives, flammables or fireworks are allowed on the property. Outdoor grilling is prohibited on the property. No items (towels, linens etc.) are to be hung from the balconies or window sills. No items are to be discharged or thrown from the balcony. No food in the exercise area. Trash is to be bagged and placed in the trash chute. Large items should be taken to the "Large Trash Bin" on the 4th floor.
